Bought 2 new ones in a Super Bass box this past week. Nice looking and sounding setup. I put 1 Crunch PZI2250 on each sub at a 4 ohm load mono. In about 20 mins one sub came apart. Don't know exactly what came loose but it sounded like the magnet separated inside. I didn't take it apart because RF wouldn't warranty it after being tampered with. They are going to replace it, but I was disgusted with the fact that it couldn't handle a cheapo amp for more than 20 mins. The shop they came from said this was a fairly common problem.
RF should do better for the cost of these subs.
