Local radio station reports: Approximately 7:51 p.m. last night, the EMS arrived at T.O.'s house, and had him stabilized in the ambulance by the time the police arrived. Upon arrival at Bayor Medical Center, the hospital staff questioned owens and the woman (publicist) who was with him.

The woman stated that she witnessed him taking two pills which she tried to retrieve from his throat. The staff asked owens if he was depressed and he said "Yes". They also asked him if he tried to harm himself and his response was "Yes".

Police press conference:

Lt. Rick Watson Live 10:00 a.m. Sept 27, 2006.

Yesterday evening police received a call from the fire dept to respond to an incident at 3800 commerce. When they arrived, the EMS has Mr. Owens stabilized in the ambulance. They then followed the Ambulance to Baylor Medical Center.

"This is not a criminal offense. The dallas police dept, does not have an investigation going on with the incident regarding Mr. Owens. Any information will have to come from Mr. Owens, his publicist, or the hospital".

They also claim that the information that was released, did not come from their department. They under law cannot comment of anything regarding Mr. Owens, or the situation. They cannot confirm or deny anything.

i feel sorry for the guy..i see most hate him for his off the field antics..but yall gotta forget that..hes one of the best players out there and when he wants to play i belive no one in the league can stop him..no one..he trys to play this hardass guy,but anyone can see hes a softy that wants to be loved by everyone,,i think all this shit has gotten to him from the last year or two plus all the bs from this year so far and he said screw it..
