Alright I know you all have helped me before through my journey in car audio info and I'm in need of help again. I'm looking to put together a nice SQ system. The kind that plays rock/country well. My budget is around $500 for subs and thats it. I have a Crossfire BMF1000D to power whatever I get. My dimensions to work with are 63" long, 6" deep, and up to 30" tall. I might be able to spare another inch or so deep wise but thats pushin it becase I want to have the seat back. I would like to stick to either 2 15s ported(low tuning), 2 12s ported(again low tuning), or 4 10s sealed. Help me out guys. I think the 15s are out of the question because of mounting depth.

After hearing how nice the new 05' type r's sound and you can get the 12's for about 150 each or the 15's for like 200 i'd look into those. Even last year's model, they're great subs and cheaper then other SQ subs like JL.

buy my jl12w6v2's ask my little brother kustyn727 or forman on here how loud they can get and sound GREAT as well in just a small sealed box that i have right now for them

not to mention if you dont believe me, i cant turn it up to loud in my suv because the alpine cd player wont keep up, thats why i have a sony hd that has a 10gig hd to cover this problem off of just 2 12's in a sealed box of a kicker 1250.1 amp that isnt turned up much at all right now
