which altanator for my car? I need to be able to have enough amps to protect my 07's electric system and power my car/ car audio system.

Brief system specs: Kicker 1700 rms rated amp and re audio 15'' 1000(guessing here) RMS sub.

it's an 07 hyundai accent. Do I need 220 amps?

if ur amp is putting out 1700 watts then i suppose the 180amp alt will do, even tho that's probably overkill
