Alpine F#1 entire setup, DRZ, DENON 700II I think it was.. umm...my 9887, 880prs...

From the last two, the 880 has more flexibility in terms of reverse phase on each individual speaker etc.. but other than that its a toss up between the two, I think 9887 > 880.

He was not starting a debate, but offering his own conclusion after having had experience with both HU's. These units are ones that cost about the same and that many people around here look at.

Parag actually has a nice review between the Pioneer 880PRS, Eclipse CD7100, and the Alpine CDA-9887. All units that he purchased and installed in his own vehicle.
