he is just putting liability on it...the nice caddy he gave 3gs for...and had a sighned title but it was from outta state...dmv wanted proof of residence of previous owner...they had moved due to war...reason they sold car....anyway its a fairly nice ride...so after he talked to a guy at u pull it auto parts he got a clear title and a dash vin for same model car...for a benji...and asjked if i could put it on his car so he could ride in his caddy...its about an 81 or 82 i think

That car is obsolete since its so old. Just sell it and buy a 2012 nissan sentra. Clearly superior automobile.

he got a lot of monies in this car...after he bought it ...he put some 24" blades....a nice candy pearl paint.....had the interior redone in peanut butter and jelly ostrich...and a nice system installed with 8 6x9s in the rear deck...he just trying to get it legal now so he can roll up to the clubs in style without having the poe poe on his back...

he just going with liability...he can give them vin off new title and get liability...and slap plates on ....but he worried if he gets pulled over...though plates may match car...if they cross refrence the dash vin to registration he could get caught...he told me if anything was to happen he was gonna say car came to him that way he didn't know...but was pretty sure all i had to do is swap the window vin on one that old

Last guy I that I heard of getting caught was from talking about it on an internet forum. He was a minority, with a history of undeclared income and tax evasion, so they threw the book at him.
