SVS is not the best in the world by far, but they have great CS. It's hard to audition a internet product and reviews can be so varied, but I'm happy with the PB-12NSD that I bought spring 2006. The rest of my system needs attention because I just have a Onkyo HTIB. Too invested in car audio (money and interest). heh.
