Ahaha, we're referring to your original post on the 21st of august. You brought up an SVS vs B&W comparison where unaware to you (but obvious to everyone else) the objective data you posted conflicted with your subjective impressions of the data...which the entire thread spiraled downward from. At the VERY end of the thread (18 days after the your original post and after the thread had already died, fyi it was August 21st-September 8) you posted another set of links that corresponded with your agenda to cover your ***. If anything it proves that generalizations are misleading.

I don't believe he was disagreeing with the objective data or trying to prove anything. It's pretty obvious to anyone viewing the threads in the home a/v section that you are currently on overhaul copying/pasting others stuff to regain your credibility as a respected and intelligent member of this forum. He was commenting on your efforts to regain your credibility.

At the beginning of the SVS vs B&W thread you brought up SVS PB10 vs B&W PV1, where the B&W was the slightly usable driver. 18 days after your original post, you brought up the B&W ASW850 vs the SVS-PB13, where the SVS was the better performer.

The generalizations I was referring to were the broad generalizations you're making. You're claiming SVS>B&W in every single situation, this is where you say it...don't try and edit it now.

In your first post, B&W>SVS. In your post 18 days later, SVS>B&W. The generalization (SVS>B&W always) certainly isn't the case and the decision depends on a lot of factors besides the brand name. These include the rooms transfer function, the persons output requirements, and the persons price range.

I care about credibility but from what manufacturers think about me not someone on a forum... If you didn't know I have gotten free product from manufacturers and I bet if I wanted more I can still get it, to me thats all that matters, though some people think differently.

How is it my brand? I dont own any part of svs, I dont own even a single svs product.

But how am I trying to prove anything that is untrue, when I have posted links to prove me right and he hasn't posted anything to prove otherwise. (b&w asw 850 vs svs pb13 ultra)

Even if the test has fault's is it my fault? They are not even MY test's.
