NO explode. It's a powder supplement you mix with milk or water I believe. Doesn't help build muscle tho it basically gives you energy to work harder and longer. I've used it one time hittin the bags and its like taking adderol.

ehh, NO xplode is meh. Try Jack3d for a pre, Optimum Nutritions protein (either pro complex gainer or 100% whey or pro complex).. Are you looking to try a pro-hormone as well? If so, you'll need fish oil, glutamine (pro complex already has some but you'll need a lot), liver care, and a post cycle.

I did not like C4 at all. Musclepharm's Assault was the best for me, and the lemonade tastes good enough to drink just casually. Don't do that, it's just that good. N.O. was decent, Jack3d made me itch.

I liked all of Musclepharm's products a lot. Their proteins, post-workouts, I thought it was all pretty good.
