superspank feedback?

Well im not accusing anyone of anything yet, but I bought a crossfire amp off superspank and on 6/13 he promised it would ship the next day. I have yet to receive anything nor have i heard from him since the last message which was on 6/14.

has anyone dealt with him before?

I bought the glasses he had for sale and he assured me they would ship USPS priority mail and I would have them by Friday and I have not received them or had any replies to my attempts to contact him even though he's been online.

I'm not waiting, I'm opening a dispute with paypal.

make sure you dont "gift" to people in paypal or you will be screwed.. i try not to gift unless i feel i can really trust the seller, like 97maxima, i would gift to him anyday
