If you done care if you can use it or not, just use silicone.

its orignal just has the knob in the middle of the headliner to make the sunroof go up and down half way just on a slant.

Might look into silicone guy's . Or also might see if my friend kelly her dad can do it since he works at a autoglass place/own's it actually. maybe she can get em to do this .

i know tc3 was actually thinkn taking it out completeley and actually having my friend weld piece metal there but would be hard to just make look decent + lining it all up.

know what u mean, i do work for a great auto body place called L&G Enterprise

and the owner is a cool guy but not too bright. he wanted to take his glass out one of his vans door and put metal in there and shave it down i guess for me it seems stupid cause he can get the door for cheap without the glass. and the poor metal worker had a ***** of a time doing it and shaving it down poor guy. def no worth it

I think im gonna end up doing weather stripping + the silicone . just to be on the safe side.

well guy's i fixed my sunroof leak plus alot less major flex now. what i did took weather stripping around sunroof and like 2 layers over each other then on top of the sunroof took weather stripping adhesive in the squeeze out tube made to wide bead's of it across seams of sunroof.

for sure tc3 i appericate that man and i will let you know if it doesn't work. i noticed alot less flex in the sunroof which is good won't let the air out from the sunroof going up a bit.
