sundown x 15 box help

i need some help with my box for my new sundown x 15 sub. ive got a lot of room (2007 crownvic)

and 3k for power so no worries there. but im not sure how big of a box to do or how much port area

or volume. I love low notes honestly, my last box for my dd 9500 was tuned

to 30hz and I liked the lows from that. im thinking of doing 32hz on this box but any help would

be great!

A lot are saying go very big on the volume, but i don't quite agree there. I'd say do something like 3.25-3.5 cubes with around 60-65 square inches of port. A 32hz tune will def allow you to play any amount of low frequency stuff you could want.

I've heard the same, go big. I have my zv3 15 in 3 cubes currently and it sounds great. I'm going to try 4 cubes with a similar tuning and see how she does.
