sundown vs. skar

so i'm gonna put 2-3(prolly 3) 10's in my s10 standard cab. i'm debating between the sundown SD-2 and the skar audio VD-10. any suggestions on which ones to get? as you can tell i'm shooting for a sub that has a very small box. thanks

nope i have no idea but from the way you guys sound skar audio is off the list. i currently have a pair of infinity kappa perfect 10's that are gettin old. how do the sundowns compare to the infinity? i know three will be louder but compare the sound of two.

The owner has did some dirt in the past personally i've talked to him when skar was just hitting the market and you had to order through him, back then people talked highly of skar and how their woofers could take a beating. The amps, the woofers are very good items, but how people handle business is a big deal, but hey people still shop at wal-mart, so yeah........... go for it

they are around the same price. both subs rated about the same so who knows try it.

Jacob is a SQ guy at heart and he does klippel test his drivers.. The infinity kappas are also good SQ subs when used within their limits, both subs can sound very good, don't worry about it.. The SD-2 is one of the more SQ oriented drivers sundown makes, along with the Zv4.
