bought from the Sundown Yard Sale. Looks just like it did the day I received it from Sundown.
Functions perfectly for what I used it for. Has the suspected "coil failure" and "former bubbling" from the factory if thrown on too much power. (Jacob stated around 2k+ rms is when you will see this problem)
It literally has NEVER gotten hot or even bottomed out in a 2.5 cf enclosure tuned to 30hz. Never ran on dirty power. This sub is no joke. Keep it clean and under 1.5k rms and this sub will do work all day. I personally ran it on around 1.1k rms after rise and the coil is still shiny as all hell.
Sub has a little nick in the surround. Got it from Sundown that way. Doesn't affect performance in any way. Sub still wangs.
