sundown sa-8" rear deck vs trunk setup

Im curious to know which setup would sound better/louder. the equipment would be a sundown

sa-8" attached to a audioque 750w amp.

2002 Nissan maxima

option 1: use stock bose sub location and design a enclosure underneath the rear deck lid and design the port to fire into the cabin, instead of having the sub free air. That way you will save trunk space and barely see the enclosure tucked under the rear deck.

option 2: just a basic ported enclosure with sub and port firing toward the tail lights in the trunk.

basically, im wondering if putting the sa-8 in rear deck with sub and a port firing into the cabin and having it enclosed underneath the deck would sound good, that way I still have my trunk for storage.

im open to any ideas as well, thanks in advance

Anything with the trunk sealed off will be louder. I considered doing something like that in my car but I ended up going bigger
