i know, but not asking if its better just if it would be whitch would like the .5ohm since the 100HC is stable @ .5ohm and sundown is not

SAZ is .5 stable.

Heard a lot of good things about MMats though. What it seems like is that they run super cold.

heard that it is (SAZ) with proper electrical. alls i have are 2 big batts, big 3, 2 runs of 0/1, and 2 105amp alt is that enough?

never ran a sundown..i have a 100hc...had it for 8years....plays at .5 all day..very good on current...

although you got a good electrical, jacob still does not recommend running it at .5 ohm....

ive owned both and both are great amps but i was extremely impressed with every mmats amp ive used.. now granted the 100hc does abotu 1450 @.5 if modded they do around 18-1900 rms while hte SD does around 1800 as well.. i honestly don't think your going to gain anything..
