I have my Sundown NeoPro 8s and they are 8ohms. Loud drivers that deliver some strong mid-bass. Had no problem keeping up with my horns what so ever.

I have had them playing at 70hz and they performed just fine with my horns. I have played them with the subs off and they still fill in excellent. I am assuming you have never played with these drivers.

I'm sure they do. They can play lower then most PAs but its not a mid bass. A component set can play that low but its not a mid bass. There is a difference.

 
So what is your point in the thread? Some people would consider them a mid-bass and some a mid-range. Most people consider the mid-bass range to start around 80hz.

Well they are wrong. Mid bass is still bass. My point is they are not mid bass drivers, they are very good mid range PA speakers.

 
Ya def PA midranges.....regardless they're still quality drivers that will do midbass duty pretty well in a typical 2 way door setup...they'll also get nasty in the mid range freqs //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif. just by definition they aren't mid basses.

either way, good stuff, good price, sure the buyer will enjoy.
