Sundown E12v2 in an Audio Enhancers 12W7S enclosure?

My fiance's birthday is May 2nd....and she wants a sub in the car i just bought her. Time is short so I have no time to build or have someone build something....and this is on a very strict budget due to buying a house last month, wedding in october, baby due in july........
