This warranty is transferable provided the original invoice or receipt is still with the unit so that its new owner can prove date and place of purchase.

Correct -- it does transfer on amps as long as the owner has the original invoice.

Subs do not transfer, though.

doesnt get any more legit than that. thank you Jacob! but, it looks like i will be using it after all. just picked up a side-job that will more than get me the extra funds i need. which is super-sweet, cause i didnt buy this amp cause i didnt want it LOL. the first time i saw it, i knew "OHHH, i gotta have it!"
