Sundown 1200 issues

I did a direct swap from an ED Nine.1 to a Sundown 1200 and am having some issues. At low volumes everything sounds fine. As I turn it up the bass pretty much disappears. I have a Stinger distribution block that shows the voltage. With the radio off it shows 13.9 volts. As soon as I turn the radio on and the amp kicks on the voltage drops to low 11's, if you turn it up at all the voltage drops into the 10's and bye bye bass. I am fairly sure that the problem is not the amp, but is my setup. The only weird part is the nine.1 never had any issues. The dist block is new so I do not know what the voltage was for the ED.

Vehicle is a 2008 Titan. The battery is brand new. It is an interstate, 650cca. I had the alt tested and it is good. I have 0awg Knu running to the block, 4awg to the amp. I have 0awg for ground.

What do I need to do? I am not playing it until I can figure it out.
