suggestions

Deja i have 2 12's right now in a sealed box they will be going in a vented box sometime either this week or next tuned to 35hz they are pioneer's dvc ts-w306 sub's ran off a digital audio monoblock dab1800x amp and the hu is a pioneer deh-4800mp. I listen to alot of rap sometimes techno and rock though. im mostly wanting a mixture really of spl/sq for the rear deck but probably more spl that way it could keep up with my sub's:).

Just a few more questions....

Ever thought of some Pioneer REV 6x9's or 6.5" coaxs for the rear? What kind of speakers are you running up front and what are they powered with? What kind of vehicle is this?

yeah i have thought of those actually i hear nothing but good about them. the front stage is some alpine type s 6.5's just running off the Hu right now . The car is a MARK VII.

haha if i had the cash only working a minimum wage job with barely any hrs at all it sucks i mean still a job glad i found one but i only work 2 days each week it blows.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

i would say get a good component set for the front and an amp to power them beofre you think about the back
Agreed. And if money is tight right now, I'd recommend you figure out what you really need that'll make a bigger difference in the way your system performs and save up cash bud.

From the info I've gathered, you might want to target the following first:

1. Amp for front comps.

2. Maybe new front comps eventually.

In the neighborhood of $300 (or less depending on what deals you find here and elsewhere on the net) you'll be able to have a very decent front comps and amp setup.

i just want to eventually save up for a small amp for the speakers im running up front now i like my type s coaxials actually.
That's exactly what I was trying to say. The Type S's aren't exactly crappy by any means, and they only get better with more power. I think an amp for them will do you the best good right now. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Yeah after i build my new box im going to save up for an amp for them for sure what would be a good amp to power them with but cheap probably cheap as you could go?
