Ok, now that the Kicker is blown, i'm debating on just buying a new one, or getting a different setup entirely. The Kicker was LOUD but not very clear. The box i have is quite nice and big, so i'm sure i can find a buyer for it. My question, would you guys go with a different setup or just keep the same thing? If I do change it, I want to go more of a custom route and build my own sub box (possibly, i've never built one before). I plan on keeping the same amp RF 1001BD 1000rms @2ohms, unless someone thinks i should change that. With that amp, what would be some good combo's I could run? RE 12" maybe 2 12"s? Maybe even a 15", 10"s? I really dont know what to try. Just something that would work well with my current amp (if possible) fit in a medium size box, be almost as loud as the kicker and sound much better.
