Suggestions for an HU under 300?

I'm looking for a head unit for under ~$315 bucks (for a friend). Suggestions?

It's going to be powering a front component set in a 91 Thunderbird, at least for awhile. So, decent power output is a plus. He's also looking for mp3 and wma playback. As far as other features go, he's really not sure.

He's checked out, and liked, the following...but please make suggestions!

What should he look for? Any suggestions?

I just bought a brand new 2005 clarion dxz855mp from ikesound.com, they had it going on ebay for $315 +$20 shipping but on the website its only $322+ shipping so its around your range.
