Sued Apple in small claims........and won

Well, today was their deadline to pay and indeed they did. Came fedex this morning in the amount of $763.83. Will posts a pic of the check later if needed.

Your 100% right. It was cheaper that way, unless an avalanche of consumers starts to hit them.
sometimes people get lucky...down here small claims court filing fees went up to over $250...but Apple still wins because they sell ipods that cost $10-20 to make for hundreds of dollars. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Write Steve Jobs //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/imo.gif.3a57bcc70a4835dc53e86ffae1a0b041.gif
Yup! As weird and unrealistic as it sounds, it is apparently easy as fvck to acquire the man himself, Steve Jobs' email. I just searched on the net and found his personal email address. Apple never gave me back my money for a free iPod after I bought a mac. I did everything they told me to.

The Next day I get an email from Steve Jobs saying it was taken care of, and a few hours later Allen Rhodes himself calls me and says I should be seeing the check within a week.

I got the check 6 days later.

Amazing huh? It's like email Bill Gates himself and having him take care of something so petty.

But it worked for me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
