subsonics filter, how to properly adjust?

finally got my solobarics in a slot vented enclosure for 2 12" L7's tune to 38hz. 34.5" WIDE x 14.5" HIGH x 16.5" DEEP.

how would i go about this if i have no equipment to measure voltage and all that fancy stuff?

would an car audio shop be able to help me with this you think for free?

$20...il just buy one. does walmart sell them? if not, whereelse is a good store to check out?

maybe its time to invest into one since i do need it to check my grounds, battery, and other equipment at times.

ok, so i purchased one from walmart for $18. it came with two wires (one black/one red) and now where do i plug these into? theirs 3 slots, V/Ma, max DC/AC, and max 10a/max 500a dc/ac. which one does the red/black go into when measuring the ssf?
