subsonic filter

Ok I have a few questions.

My subs r RE XXX 12'S dual 2 ohms coils

They will be in a vented box tuned between 30-35hz.

Now my question is do eather of the following amps have a adjustable subsonic filter?

Cause all I can find is that they have a set subsonic filter that can not be changed and is set at 25 hz.

Kicker 2500.1

and

JBL BPX 2200.1

25hz will be fine for that tunning. So you really wont need to adjust it.

K I just thought that u had to set the subsonic filter to what ever the box was tuned for.

Nope. Typcially 1/2 octave lower than tuning is what's used.

Going to get the kicker.

they told me in a email that the amp make closer to 3000w rms at 2ohms.. said it was under rated.

And agreed with u. subsonic filter set at 25hz will do the trick.
