I don't think they can be compared..

the W7 is is one of the best car subwoofer in themarket today, for both SPL and SQ ( or so I've heard)

I've heard the power HX2 and boy, it can get loud, but so can the W7. Looking at specs alone, the W7 should be very loud.

I think it's not really comparable, though..the W7 was made for SQ whilst the RF was for brute SPL applications.
