Metrik isn't a manufacturer that I am familiar with in the least.

Are those power ratings (the 800 X 2 and 300 X 2) RMS or peak, if you know?

If you have it already then, find out if it is stable under 1 ohm....If not then you have to wire your subs in series to get a 4 ohm load for each and only get a "rated" 300 watts to each.......What does the amp put out bridged?

EDIT: Assuming this is budget.....Just get a Hifonics BXi1606D and wire the subwoofers in series for a 2 ohm load and each sub should see around 400RMS

what is the budget on an amp. if its around 300-400 dollars, http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_5432_Soundstream+PCA1000D.html or http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_7444_JBL+GTO1201.1II.html

both are good amps and should do you good. im planning on getting one of those. or unless you can find an amp that is stable at 0.5 ohm and wire it like that. or that hifonics brutus should do you good as well.
