Sub wiring problem

Ive been having a problem with my subs attributed to the wiring. Now that it is warm out, the subs, when the car door is open, will create a very loud and obnoxious buzz, which will go away as soon as the car is started. Weird thing it when the trunk is open, it will get quieter and stop. Im not sure what could be causing the problem I have checked and rechecked the wiring and redid the groundpoints several times. BTW the subs and amp are being run off a Line Output Converter in the trunk. if needed I will take a video of the occurence for further evidence and pictures of the wiring.

bump... i've already brought it to th local shop and they cant find the problem either.
