sub and port placement in suv

im building a box for a friend w/ a durago w/3rd row seat.so its for a 15 igot 43 wide by 15.5 deep by 15 tall to work w.i know the air space and port demensions for the sub(its an audioque 15) i just need to know which way to fire port.sub will be up.I want port to fire back but i will have to customize it to do it.which isnt a problem if it will sound better than port firing up.any suggestions,port up or port back,i will build this box tomorrow w/port back if i get no suggestions,thanks

YA I THOUGHT ABOUT THAT JEEPIN,just lookin for any experience w/different port directions.you ever heard a box like that?sub up,port to passenger side?
