stupidity hurts me

So this a picture of a new system someone posted on a car site I am on.

I asked why the bass knob was mounted to the box.

His reply: "personal taste, I like everything tidy"

Me: you do understand that is on a 15 foot long wire as it is meant to be installed up front where you can adjust it while driving?

Him: Yes. I like everything in one place looks clean.

This **** is why I sometime get short with people on this forum, how the **** can people be both so stupid and ignorant at the same time?

Seriously, this guy should be like "wow, that makes perfect sense" instead he just stands by his position that his way is the right way, kinda like the village idiot here Kuthe

LOL..Maybe he is type that opens his trunk and has a picnic on the weekends and had access to the bass knob??LOL..Not a great location for the amps either.Vibration along with heat can kill an amp??Just sayin:awesome:

I don't care how this guy wanted to put his system together, it's in HIS RIDE, not mine!

Why do you all care so much? Does it make you feel cool to boss others around with "all you know" about car audio? Kinda sick and sad if you ask me.

He praises him because in his sick, roundabout way he is praising himself. Whether he is taking the credit because he was "supervising" or because he "influenced" the ideas, or if only because he "picked him" to do the install. It's all about him in one way or another. When his **** is fucked up, his narcissism won't allow him to accept any blame or admit he was ever wrong.

I'm certain the guy has a legit psychological disorder.

I DID pay Tim at Custom Sounds to mount my bass control knob on the side of the center dash console. While they were doing some other work for me.
