OK, let's here some of the stupid stuff you remember doing and looking back are just amazed at how far you've come LOL... My thread, I'll start it off
I bought a 12" American Bass sub from one of those "electronics close out" sale things. pretty neat looking, bright red, shiney and it had a clear logo that lit up red in the center of the cone. ANYWAYS, I had not clue what a "DVC" sub was and when I hooked it up, I just hooked up my amp to a single coil. and it was in a really small (probably 1ft^3) box that was originally for a pair of 10"s but we cut it in half and cut the hole for a 12". Did I mention it just sat in the back seat of the car (1988 mustang convertible).
