stupid math question

its says cutout is 11" for one. and the outer diamater is 12 3/8" now how far from the inner cut out is the furthest outward edge of the outer diameter going to reach beyond 11". like its 11" for the circle... whats half of 1 3/8 is all i need to know!!! i think just to make sure both will fit in my cutout for a forum members box.
