if i were to take a print of this picture to kinkos for them to blow up, how would it look? does it get really grainy to blow it up to say 5 feet by 3 feet?

Ahh, yes it might. Try and check online somehwere. I think there was place that makes prints like this. I know there was one here locally that sold crap loads of posters. IDK if its still around though...

Could print out a small negative and blow it up the old fashioned way, good ol lenses magnify it on photo-sensitive paper, then drop into the chemicals and develop the colors.

A good professional photo developing place should be able to blow it up with good quality for you.
