Stuck between 3 amps

So I have been amp hunting for the past few weeks and have narrowed it down to 3 amps. All of them are decent amps, but for what I need they will all work perfect.

The 3 are:

Memphis mojo 4kw

Soundstream xxx6500d

Lanzar opti6000d

I know they aren't the best amps, but I'm looking for a budget ish amp that will do 4k for the class that I am in this year.
