Stroker Pro 12

I have a 06' Tige 24VE boat and am about to put a system in it. I have my mids/highs picked out(mostly Wetsounds) but am not yet sure about a sub/s. If I were to get maybe a Vega Stroker Pro 12 in the proper sized/tuned box under the rear sundeck.. which there is a good amount of room..

Is it worth it doing 1 Stroker Pro 12 off a Premier PRS-D2000SPL rated at 2000w. And how well do you think that would perform in a boat with just one 12. I hear those amps are underrated but I've never heard a stroker pro or that amp before.

Or would it be better maybe running (2) 12W7's or (2) Type X 12's or any other recommendations ?
