will a pair of strapped 20.1's take 1 ohm daily? meaning if i run a pair of dvc 4 XXX's to a strapped pair..will everything be ok? i know a single amp can take 0.5 daily but i'm not sure about the pair....it'll save me from buying a 40.1 and trying to sell my 20.1

Yes, strapping them at 1 ohm simply means each amp will see 0.5 ohm, something they take easily. You just gotta have the batts, wire, and alt to back them up.

got that part covered ... h/o alt, 3 batts, 2/0 wire ...now i just need a second XXX and another 20.1

yes they can take .25 daily really.

only issue is efficiency at that low of a load isnt great for any amp. but they can take it with a good electrical.
