Honestly man it sounds like gential warts to me, they look like skin tags (do a gooogle search) and are supposedly very easy to spread.
I had a roomie that got one, cut it off with an x-acto knife and it bled a bunch but it was gone and like a month later he had like 4 of them.

Thankfully you can get rid of the warts themselves but I don't think the virus you can so you will probably have it for life and will pass it on to any chicks you bang..

Yeah, but i thought they had a clover look to them. but i started to look more on google and found there are skin tags that are called genital skin tags.. that are different from actual genital warts. that they form where ur leg meets ur groin. i'm hoping this is what it is.. but its strange how they came all of the sudden lol

your perfectly safe. you get them when you shave your sack for the first time or two. if you want them to go away it just takes time and cleanliness.

I don't get skin tags on my junk. But I've had them on my neck and arm. I've always just cut them off with a nail clipper.

Hurts like **** for about 20 minutes, but you just have to be a man.
