Stoped for illegal tint??????????

Illinois sucks when it comes to tints. None on the front doors and whatever you want on the rest. I have 35% on the front windows of my truck and i got pulled over for it. What a crock. Of course that was in Beecher where cops have nothing better to do besides pull people over for petty s h i t like that. At least he didn't say anything about my clear taillights, lol!! And i don't know why people get anything darker than 20%. My friends got 5% on his mustang and you can't see a fukking thing.

because I drive a SUV am allowed toi do anything on my windows behind the b-pillar, so the truck came with 35% back there but I had 2 layers of 5%, so the light meter reads my sides and rears as 0% yes thats 0%, but my front doors are 35% even though I am going to change that soon to 20% if possible

Well there is a major way around it. Tint before u sing the title!!!! This way it was baught tinted and u don't have to change it if u baught ur vehicle tinted.

i also live out here in cali and its amazing what some pepole get away with i mean limo tint all the way around and a friend of mine has skyblue tint on all his windows and the cops dont tend to care during the day because its so light and at night he gets away with it because it looks like 35% limo tint as for myself i have limo on all the windows on the back with no probs yet and i plan to do the fronts to hide certian gear i have in my car(you cant steel what you cant see)

My friend has alot of money to spend and he spent it well. Have you ever seen in a police station they have those windows with the mirror from one side and you can see in on the other? Well he bought a used 2001 mustang with a sun roof and before he ever signed the title he changed all the windows into those like at the police station and tinted them at 20% enough to keep it cooler inside and still be able to see very good. even the front window is that mirror glass the car kicks a**

I got a FIX-IT ticket ordering me to remove my 20% tint all around. My sister is a optometrist and I got a prescription for it, that I now keep in the glove box.
