Stop celebrating Valentine's Day

I mean honestly...this has to be one of the dumbest days of the year. For the third year in a row, my girlfriend and I did not celebrate Valentine's Day. Instead, we get each other presents when one of us is down, or has done something deserving of it.

Who else refuses to "celebrate" by giving someone their paycheque?

I celebrate valentines day.

I didnt go out and buy my girlfriend something for it though. I saw something i thought she would like 3 months ago (already got her xmas gift), and just held onto it until now.

That, and she's buying me an expensive *** dinner, why wouldnt i celebrate it.
