I've ran into the same problems before with stolen stuff...I've had the names for the police...vehicle they drove...where they lived .....license plate number...phone number...but they couldn't do anything...things that make you go hmmmmmm

Bank fraud is a federal offense (no if's/and's about it) and if there is absolute evidence of a Federal crime, I'm pretty sure the FBI can be contacted.

Oh, no doubt, the bank stuff is definitely more serious than the stereo. My main reason for coming here was to just put up an alert for any Topeka area people to keep an eye out for the stereo stuff. The bank has been notified.

If you are talking about all the stuff that happened in Jena, La....there is ALOT of info on all that stuff that never made the new. All that had been building for months, if not years. The noose thing was just one of many things that happened (on both sides of the fight).

BUT, the guys that beat up the white kid didnt just beat him. 4 of them beat him...he was in ICU for awhile. (2 of the guys that involved had records for armed robbery).

ALOT of the people that were actually involved in that never showed up on TV.

If you have the guys name and stuff...get a lawyer now. If the guy paid his phone bill w/ your checks...you can get his address.
