Should've adjusted for power differences...or at least compared woofers with similar power handling at a set RMS

It looks like they are all tested at or around their rated power..

Which gives poor representation as to how good they really are, unless you take the time to pay attention and check all the testing wattages, which I'm sure many people who see that don't.

A btl can take alot more than 2k daily, but by rating it lower they get a lower score than another sub that can take the same power but is rated at 3k for example?

Port area and tuning are also neglected, and what alignment are those boxes?

I'd say it's pretty odd that an Fi Q is 3-4 db louder in the same sized box than a btl from 30-40hz, off half the power...?

Also, barely gets beaten by the BTL from 20-30hz, and continues to beat it all the way up to 50hz

From this info I would conclude a BTL is garbage when I could just get a Q and feed it half the power and be as loud as I'd expect to be if I was throwing it 2x the power of the BTL

BUT....The Q was designed to do best at around 1K The BTL was designed to excel at 5K+ wrms, even though it is rated at 2k

My point exactly, this comparison does absolutely nothing to portray that, except in the 'SPL burp' part, which is a poor comparison at best, and most (uneducated) people are going to look at it and say "well im lookin for a daily setup that gets loud and the BTL clearly would be a stupid option when the Q is alot louder, takes a lot less power to get there, AND is alot cheaper"

educated people will look at it and realize what I am pointing out and how this information is very circumstantial and doesn't have alot of meaning
