Sticking with 12

Just sold my tsw3004spl and am looking for an upgrade in both sound quality and loudness. I have a bigger budget this time, the max is $250 shipped and i only have about 1.75-2.5 cubes at the most (its a saturn). Any suggestions?

im only going to run one 12 that can handle 1000rms and up and am looking for an efficient one. im going to buy new though most likely one ebay or straight from the manufacture

whats the major difference between these 2 and is the ssd more efficient. Also how much power can the ssd handle daily?
