Exactly, i dont really see what the excitement is about bass, it doesnt really take much to throw a few subs in a car, and feed them with 1000+ watts.Now comming up with a system that actually sounds good and isnt ment for breaking store windows, that takes some actual brains.

His front stage has more power and probably sounds better in that tahoe then any of your vehicals will...

that is one sweet ride. but im guessing my truck can do that also. when i had my two 15's i was about the same distance from stores and so on and my truck would do the same thing. and back then i was only at a 149.8 on the tl. my 2-12s now are louder. no doubt his louder. but i only got 2-12s:

1 pair of horns would easily keep up with the subs.

Seriously. You'd have to get out of the car due to the output of the horns before you got uncomfortable by the bass.

Horns can do upwards of 120db (over 150db in the throat). 120db+, at the frequencies horns play, would make you deaf pretty quickly.

I had, realistically, about ~5-10w going to my horns maximum....and I couldn't turn it up all the way before getting extremely uncomfortable.
