"Car SPL -First time competitors with systems installed behind the rear seat. No Walls. Classes are 0-24 inches, 25-48 inches."
thats from the link BT gave so i would fall into that category but im not a fan of entering the "first timers class" type of thing

bump up
why wouldnt you be?

why wouldnt you be?
Im just not big on the first timers part. I don't know they type of people that show up to nspl events so i feel like i would be competeing against kids from walmart. Ill just check out the competition when im there. If i feel that i can stand a chance in the no wall class then thats what ill do. But after seeing the WRs on nspls site it looks like i would get blown away in no wall. so ill see when i get there

Just to let you know I am not sure if they had updated the page but here are the classes for this year. I believe the website still has last years classes on it. Its mainly a few change for AMP limits in some classes but figured I would post it,

2007-2008 NSPL Classes Revision as of 9-13-07

*Amp Draw (is based on Manufacturers maximum Amperage rating of each amplifier or fuse rating)

** Amplifiers with incomplete instruction manuals, or subjective ratings will be rated by NSPL. This will class these amplifiers with similar ratings together. Manufacturers whom introduce amplifiers with lower ratings than the previous model must have their NSPL Competition ratings also approved. NSPL reserves the right to rate these amplifiers accordingly.

*** Amplifiers which ratings cannot be resolved at an event, will be placed in the Insane class pending the determined ratings.

yea it definately seems like they havent changed it from last year

Manly it was a change in the smaller classes. Car, Trunk, and Truck/SUV went from a 150 amp per amp limit to a 200 amp per limit was the main change.
Yea I think Ima give Fred Wright a call tomorrow to just get some details and see what he all plans to do
