Does anyone here use or thing about using steriods?
ive been on the fense, im just curious whats the best (not a good choice of word) kind of steroid, and are they all delivered through a needle?

hmm..I've never try them before but somewhat curious. What does it makes your body feel like? You know how your arms/legs get tired the day after. Does it make that heal faster or something? Do you just feel less pain as you lift?

You really dont fell anything, I was lifting for hours and would not even get tired.

yeaaaaa. that crap was crazy!! He kept injecting his bicepts, and they just kept getting more and more infected until they literally looked like cantelopes...completely round, from bi to tri but it is amazing how big that dude is.

Yeah his arms deffinately looked disgusting. It wasnt just a cantelope but two, one on top, one on bottom. Seeing him stab himself and remove sh!t outta his arms with a syringe was def. gross.

ic..I was wondering how those guy come to the gym everyday and working the same body group (mainly upper etc..) I usually do mon/tues, off wed, then thurs/friday. But I never work out the same muscle group continuously. Maybe they are on the juice..

No...it does NOT shrink your penis. It will over a long period of time shrink your balls though lol. Once you have used synthetic testosterone or a form of testosterone other then the one naturally produced by your body over a long period of time, your body will start to depend on this as it's primary source of testosterone. So, once you stop using steroids after using them for a long period of time (somewhere around 3-5 years on and off, NOT continous) your testes will eventually lose their ability to reproduce testosterone naturally. If you take one-three cycles a year, for the next 10 years let's say, and take an anti-estrogen and a post cycle testosterone enhancer (forget the exact name) you will not experience any shrinkage, or at least noticable shrinkage.

People with this similar affect commonly use a steroid known as Base Oil. You inject it directly into the muscle group underneath all your tissue with a special syringe and the oil settles under the muscular tissue causing it to expand out giving it a swelling effect. You can see this with Big Poppa Pump the ex-Steiner brother for an example. Only downfall of this type of steroid it is for visual effects only, you will not notice hardly any strength gains if any.

Actually, a lot of the people that know what they are doing stack their steroids and take other supplements to suppress the side effects. There's a ton of information on steroids if you go to bodybuilding.com. I was also on the fence about 2 years ago, but I decided not to do it. I learned a ton of great training tips on bodybuilding.com, I'm a hard gainer I have a high metabolism and I'm naturally skinny and it takes a lot for me to get my weight up. All I did was take protein, Green Bulge (creatine), White Blood (NO2), along with eating about 6 times a day and I went from 180 to 200lbs (6' tall) in about 3 and a half months. Sad to say when I started working at my current job I stopped working out and went back down to 180lbs. Work=FTL

Taking steroids or not somebody should ALWAYS take Protein and Glutamine and a Multi-Vitamin...the three essentials....

animal pak vitamins are one of the best, but you have to take I think 11 pills and 5 of em are huge as hell.

I just use GNC's megaman sport...I use the sport because that's the one that is the multi-vitamin with all the Amino Acids in it...

I heard that it's a decent one but the people on the forums at bodybuilding.com aren't big fans of GNC supplements. Animal Pak has everything you'll ever need and even some stuff you don't. Animal Stak on the other hand is useless.
