Stereos for boats

I was wondering if there is a boating link for stereos. I would like to install a amp and sub-woofers in my boat and wasn't sure what would work the best. Any info or direction would be much appreciated.

you can also use standard audio equipment and you can get a fold down cover for your cd player to keep out water also they make foam gaurds to place behind speakers to keep out water

http://carmedia1.com has a section for marine audio but the slection is limited as there isnt much demand.

Thanks for the replies. I have a marine head unit and 6.5" speakers by Sony and will probably put in a non-marine amp. and some subs that are weather proof. Looking at either Sony or Kicker.
