Lol, idk, it just seems like a beer that the yubby or snobbish buy, but I may try it.

Let me tell you a secret:

Rich people have better taste than poor people.

Bud Light sucks ***, horrible beer, never compare anything good to Bud Light.

Obviously it is, but that's my point. It's garbage but it goes down in five seconds because it has no taste. Stella is similar in that respect but the subtle crispness of its taste is actually enjoyable.

I typically go for a pale, something extremely hoppy and flavorful, but stella is a Corona-killer for me. Perfect for a hot afternoon or morning.

I wouldn't say that, they just can afford to have better taste, lol. I am neither poor nor rich but I rarely buy cheap beer anymore.

I am definitely not a pale ale fan, too bitter, You should try Landshark Lager for a hot afternoon, delicious. Also try Bell's Oberon, absolutely heavenly.

never had stella. i have found myself becoming a "beer connoisseur" in a way. i like to try different beers.

i got some Sam Adams Cherry Wheat last night. it's pretty good shit.

go lager/ale or gtfo IMO

Cherry Wheat is one of the better flavored beers around imo. I can't drink more than one though, it's just not "beer"ish enough, I end up feeling like I'm drinking kool-aid.

Same with the UFO Raspberry from Harpoon. Good but its too much for more than one.

If you have more of that Cherry Wheat left, try making a black cherry. Like a black and tan but with cherry wheat as the non-guinness beer.

Original Zombie recipe

Scale ingredients to servings

1 oz Bacardi® light rum

1 oz Bacardi® dark rum

1/2 oz creme de almond

1/2 oz triple sec

sweet and sour mix

orange juice

1/2 oz Bacardi® 151 rum

Pour light rum, dark rum, creme de almond and triple sec into an ice-filled hurricane glass. Almost-fill with equal parts of sweet and sour and orange juice. Top with 151 rum. Add a large straw, and serve unstirred.

You seem to have good taste in beer, I may have to trust you here.

If you want to try a good Pilsner, go right to the source - the company that invented it - Pilsner Urquell.

Unfortunately, Pilsner Urquell is now made at different breweries around the world, so your chances of getting one from the homeland is quite low.

I am officially drooling now, I want my Oberon!! When it comes to microbrews I don't think there is a state that beats Michigan. We have Bell's, New Holland, Founder's, Keweenaw Brewing Company and so many others. My favorite is still the KBC, but I am biased.
