Yeah, I opened up a dispute already (late Monday night, actually). I've also spoken to Paypal and they told me that the funds are automatically frozen once a dispute for that much is opened. Sonic Purity opened up a dispute yesterday too so, as long as the funds are frozen, we should both be ok. In the meantime, I'll be keeping an eye out for anything that's coming from Cali so that I can refuse the delivery -in case he decides to ship SOMETHING out. I also found out that he sold the SAME laptop on eBay the day AFTER I had already paid him for it. His username on there is 'bdoggg911'

yes they will..... Paypal will get them the cash back weather its there or not. Done soooo much paypal, eBay biz I know how it works. People have actually tried to reverse scam me stating they did not get their items.. luckily, I ship everything signature comformation //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif The ONE time I did not, I got scammed, luckily it was only $20.
