Dont believe it I dont care. But it was the same cop and he has gotten him a ticket 2 times before because of the tint. Now he is on probation because of it.

SO why not just take the tint off before it went that far?

Florida has two different levels of tint allowed, based on front or rear windows. I just go with the lighter of the two, and keep it even all the way around. I used not to care until a cop actually was bored enough to pull me over for it.... I didn't think they bothered up until that point~!
